Your Role

You drive team mastery in world-class engineering and development techniques to deliver fast, stable, and scalable production systems and AI models.

You mentor your new Dev´s & Engineering Team helps them make the right decisions fast, but you also don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to provide hands-on, technical guidance.

You co-own the product vision and roadmap.

You are responsible for knowing what it takes to achieve our vision, setting ambitious yet attainable goals, ensuring that your teams’ estimates are reliable, and developing the architectural vision and technology roadmap to drive our core business.

You facilitate collaboration, communication, and decision-making between stakeholders.

You attract, assemble, and retain the right engineering talent while cultivating a culture of ownership, mastery, innovation, and purpose.

You drive continuous improvement and develop your Developer & Engineering Managers to become bar-raisers and future leaders within our company.

Knowledge of operative full-stack developer work, marketing attribution models (incl. forecast models with deep learning & AI), and management skills. You bring extensive experience in People Management and Agile Development Environments. (e.g. coaching, team-building and conflict resolution, etc. )

You have previous experience (preferably from an e-commerce or marketing/advertising environment) in designing, coding, and operating large-scale,data-heavy business processes to solve data science challenges.

You possess a sharp, analytical mind with a proven ability to understand, analyze, and communicate complex technical issues, processes, and structures supported by robust, systematic approaches. Hands-on experience with at least one programming language(e.g. Python) and a deep interest in the newest technological developments.

You have already built large-scale platforms integrating microservices, machine learning, and/or data technologies.

You hold aBS / MSdegreein Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field of discipline.

Analytical mind-set with an intrinsic interest in marketing/advertising technology.

You’llgraduallyand independently build-up your team consisting of Full-Stack /Front-End & Back-End Developers, Data Scientists & Engineers, Scrum Master(s), Project Manager, UX Designer & Technically Support
