This is for you! 🙂 We need somebody to lead our development team, which is a mix of onsite and remote developers. We recently completed a 2-year pivot from a desktop app to our current modern web app.

Our pivot worked and business is booming. Part of your responsibilities are interacting with the management team, and clients and prospects. We’re seeking someone who wants to work in financial software development; a background in finance would be a plus but is not required. We should see some nice growth over the next few years.

This is a hands-on job. You will write some code, but most of your time is spent helping guide the product direction and keeping the team focused on the right things. Early stage startup atmosphere, lots of fun but can be chaotic with hard work. (12/12 on the Joel test)

We are open to a remote role although prefer a local candidate for this position. FinFolio is roughly 50% remote workersbut this position requires a high level of interaction with the CEO and other senior managers.
