Your role at Volders
Shape our UX strategy with your experience and insights
Take ownership of the UX process – starting from the discovery phase to the actual design
Validate ideas, concepts and designs with our user research team and optimize them based on the feedback of our customers
Use the most up-to-date and well-tried methods to create an user-centered design
Work directly with different stakeholders at Volders and champion the users perspective into discussions
What you will bring to the table
Successful projects in the area of mobile apps and/or web solutions
Independent, goal orientated and proactively
Fast learner and a structured way of thinking and working
Very detail oriented and high standards for your work
At least 3 years of experience in UI and UX
Already mentored other designers
Fluent English language skills, first German language skills are a plus
