What you’ll be working on:

• Planning out a backend redesign to be hosted on AWS
• Implementing planned redesign and setting up required infrastructure
• Setting up groundwork for a functional and sustainable codebase for future additions
• Collaborating with frontend development
• Pulling and aggregating new data sources to backend
• Integrating new tools and technologies to our current stack
• Researching and keeping up to date with sustainability software
• Consistently ideating and planning for the future

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, setting up and maintaining reliable and secure instances
• Experienced with AWS Codebuild and AWS Lambda
• Experienced with infrastructure technologies and concepts
• Strong Github knowledge and implementation skills, setting up correctly structured repositories and deployment hooks
• Experienced with PHP and Laravel
