Your goal is to expand our test library with high quality tests that our customers are looking for. You help to recruit the right subject matter experts, and coach them to build a test that is reliable and predictive of job success.
YOU
- Share our passion for helping companies hire the best, easy and unbiased Know what great looks like
- Have excellent English writing skills
- Are sort of a data geek
- Get a lot done
- Appreciate the extremely varied needs of a startup – no ambitious project will scare you away, no mundane detail is beneath you
- Have a BSc or MSc degree
- Experience with developing tests is a plus
