We are looking for a Technical Interviewer to join our team, and help us grow our IT team (project-based).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interviewing shortlisted candidates and selecting the most suitable individual
- Perform interviews to analyze applicants’ abilities using a Rubric
- Innovate new creative ways to effectively evaluate top technical candidates
- Develop custom tests to test for depth of knowledge and expertise
- Help building a world-class technical team capable of adapting to a variety of customer needs
- Helping developers on projects, when needed
- Strong knowledge of React Native, Node. JS, JavaScript, Vue. JS, Android & iOS development
Requirements:
- Technical background (at least 5 years)
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for the IT roles
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Decision-making abilities
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
