About Gozynta I’m Brian the CEO of Gozynta. We’re all adults here, so let’s talk frankly. We’re a tiny company right now, we only have 1 full-time developer and I work on the code as much as I’m able. We also don’t have amazing/sexy products right now, instead we have a few relatively simple tools that make the lives of IT MSPs a little better than they would be if they didn’t exist. However, we’re also profitable and have a very stable (and growing) income stream. We’re not doing a lot, but what we do we take pride in and do the very best we can. I enjoy helping other people and other businesses be successful. The better job we do at this, the more successful we’ll be. Being part of a small team has both benefits and drawbacks. Everyone has a voice and everyone is making major contributions to the company’s success. At our size it’s difficult to assign formal job roles; we can’t say that we have a full-time job for just a front-end dev, or devops, but we’ll do our best as a team to get the work that needs to be done to the teammate best suited on getting it done. We can’t match some of the inflated salaries and benefits of many of the venture backed companies, but we’re stable and not worried about our jobs if the next funding round doesn’t happen. We don’t offer unlimited vacation, but we encourage everyone to use all of your vacation every year. We’re looking for long-term success rather than a short term exit. Hopefully some of you will think this sounds appealing. We’re a fully remote company, and expect to stay that way. I’d rather draw talent from across the whole country, than limit myself to the people in my local area. I’m committed to providing the equipment you need to do your job well, and I expect you to find a workspace that lets you work well (company paid-for coworking is potentially a negotiable option).
