Job description
We are looking to hire a “Marketing” Director with a strong design background. Our marketing process is simple but we need someone with high quality standards and experience directing a team to move quickly.
Work performed
Reports to our CMO and coordinates marketing to help us move fast.
- Plans and executes the promotion schedule to optimize growth and profitability.
- Oversees and coordinates email, ads, sales, SEO and social marketing.
- Ensures the team completes all projects to the highest of standards.
- Develops project plans and works to ensure on time completion.
- Distributes tasks according to the abilities & workload of staff.
- Evaluates & provides guidance to staff to help improve performance.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
Compensation
- Salary: $147 – $200k/year based on experience
- $20k signing bonus
- 401k plan with 4% employer match
- Health & dental insurance
- Four weeks paid vacation
