We are seeking an intellectually curious, self-driven individual to fill the position of VP of Engineering and strengthen our software creation capabilities.
We are looking for a talented individual who is a hardworking and a self-starter leader that can both help us scale our team and product. VPE Responsibilities
Leadership: The VP E will be responsible for the development and implementation of internal processes for the technical team. He/she should build and lead the team with mentorship and management
Team Management: The VP E will be the direct supervisor of the technical team. He/She should establish great communications processes for the technical team. Will develop a culture of quality in code and delivery
Timely Execution and Quality Process: The VP E will need to be responsible for the execution of the technical aspect of a product and make sure there is a seamless process. Time management is crucial for this role. He/She will create and sustain standards and procedures that ensure the highest quality to be constantly met
Product Development: Optimize budgets and understand the product cycle
Strategy: The VP E will need to assist the CTO in the development of the technical strategy as well as having good communication with other members of the team to align the visions of different departments.
Recruiting: The VP E will contribute to the recruitment activities.
Communication: The VP E will carry the communication process between the Product Director and the technical team, making this process more efficient.
