• The position is project-based (part-time)

• Remote working

Your main responsibilities:

• Analysis of an existing ODBC component already developed by the company

• Bug fixing and further development of improvements and new features of the ODBC driver

What you bring to us from the professional side:

• Strong experience (5+ years) in C

• Strong experience in SQL

• Practical experience with different operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).

• Keen understanding of the internal operation principles of an RDMBS

• In-depth knowledge of modern architectural concepts, design patterns and agile software development (Scrum, Kanban)

• Practical knowledge of standard technologies for development, assembly (Maven) and versioning (SVN, Git)

Nice to haves:

• Development experience with JDBC and ODBC drivers

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field

• Keen knowledge of data warehousing
