• You like to write clean and robust code, design elegant technical architectures

• Good knowledge of andreal work experiencewith theElmlanguage or ability to quickly master this language (i.e. in-depth experience with functional programming languages like ClojureScript or Haskell would be very beneficial)

• Very good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3

• Ideally experience with WebRTC(e.g. ICE, STUN, TURN, getUserMedia, RTCPeerConnection), WebSocket and real-time communication

• Agile mindset and experience with agile development practices (TDD, Scrum, Kanban)

• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, teamspirit and thorough, structured work

• Fluent in English language
