Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce code quality standards, code review practices, and other engineering best practices.

  • Establish and enforce repository strategy.

  • Set high-level mobile architecture, technology stack.

  • Set high-level technical partnership strategy (forking, whitelabeling, upstream and downstream projects).

  • Determine and maintain DevOps, release management, localization, workstreams.

  • Determine team and product staffing needs.

  • Work closely with CTO and leadership to recruit and staff projects, set strategy, and scale the product.

  • Manage and scope evolving protocols, technologies, and integrations.

  • Determine and set product delivery processes (meetings, product spacing, product/dev interactions) alongside product, testing, and security teams.

Hard Skills Required:

  • Mobile Application Development Experience: React-Native, some native (either on iOS/Android).

  • React Experience.

  • Web Application Development/API Design.

  • Golang experience a plus.
