About the role
We’re looking to add a Solution Engineer with experience using Boomi to our team here at Cube. You’ll play a key role in building data pipelines into Cube, allowing customers to get the most out of their financial planning & analysis through seamless data integration into a single source of truth.
What you’ll do
  • Develop, document and evangelize integration strategies built on the Dell Boomi Platform that deliver world class solutions
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Dell Boomi Cloud integrations by leading internal work groups and design sessions
  • Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing within the team
  • Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout customer engagements, develop and implement mitigation measures
  • Capture project requirements and convert them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base
  • Mentor and coach the internal team through internal training sessions
  • Review functional designs, data mapping, and business rules for connections
Who you are
  • 4+ years of Dell Boomi software delivery experience (Atmosphere Certifications Level I and II; Equivalent experience with other integration platforms, e.g. TIBCO, MuleSoft, Oracle ESB, will considered as well)
  • Experience working with and manipulating XML, JSON, and flat file documents using JavaScript
  • Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of complex software applications
  • Working knowledge of API design and development on the Cloud as well as On-Premise environments
  • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, including authentication frameworks like OAuth
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving production incidents within SLAs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including Customer Success, Engineering, and the customer themself to drive the incident resolution
  • Skills in proactive and preventive monitoring and logging
