The position
You’ll be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding and campaign creation process, including answering product questions, coordinating custom designs with our design team, building out audience segments, and following up on campaign results, and providing recommendations. You’ll build a systematic process for managing our rapidly increasing client base, looking for ways to better serve our customers (e.g. product enhancements, more self-serve tools, or content).
