The UX Lead at Farmgirl Flowers is a hybrid role combining advanced skills in both UX Design and Research. If you have demonstrable skills in both, read on!
We are looking for an ambitions, hard working, impeccably organized UX-er to build and lead the UX team that will take our customer experience to the next level.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in planning, documenting, and leading design and research projects, particularly to support an e-retail customer experience
- Strong background in UX best practices.
- Strong background in UX research
- Highly proficient in modern design/prototyping tools
- Capable of translating complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes and prototypes that can be validated with research and ultimately implemented by our engineering team
- Highly skilled at getting actionable insights though thoughtful user interviews to support improving customer experience and sales
