About the Position
The Customer Service Representative assists inbound customers over the phone with Life Insurance questions, using skills from our paid training! We are growing fast; if you enjoy helping others, solving problems and collaborating in a fast-paced environment we encourage you to apply! Enjoy assisting members questions from inbound and some outbound calls with questions on their Life insurance questions.
Responsibilities
Assist eligible individuals to select the appropriate life insurance coverage
Present potential solutions using our world class suite of insurance products
Assist customers in identifying priority features and benefits
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
Utilize the established communication and sales process
Meet daily, weekly and other performance targets
Follow compliance guidelines and mandatory disclosures
Provide best in class customer service through active listening and resourceful problem-solving skills
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Have or the ability to get Life resident insurance license
Ability to be licensed in all 50 States
Previous experience selling Life insurance products preferred
Ambitious sales minded assisting customers with plans with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective customers
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively in a customer care and sales environment
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment, transactional
Analytical skills to understand key performance metrics
Must enjoying working with people and being part of a team environment

Must be open to work 8-8PM EST and work weekends as needed.
