Rekursive Labs is a funded new DeFi (Decentralized Finance) startup building innovative new dApps on a variety of Blockchain networks. We are looking for a full-time REMOTE (work from home) Solidity Engineer that possesses strong experience with Smart Contracts, Solidity, and Blockchain protocols. As a Solidity Engineer, you will be involved in various aspects of the development process, from concept to finished product. These tasks will include writing smart contracts, QA testing, and developing a software pipeline. The ideal candidate should have experience with designing the mechanics of a DeFi protocol, dApps deployment, building dependent systems and a solid understanding of the DeFi industry as a whole. You will work directly with the founder, who is a Google & Microsoft alumnus.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience of using smart contracts and Ethereum Virtual Machine blockchains in production.
  • Robust understanding of leading blockchains, token standards and major DeFi protocols.
  • Understanding of security in smart contract design.
  • Understanding of blockchain data structures.
  • Deep practical knowledge of security best practices and code static analyzers.
  • Proficiency with truffle framework (hardhat is a plus).
  • A focus on security and gas optimization.
  • Web3.js or Ethers.js experience.
  • Experience in HTML / CSS / Javascript frameworks.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Able to work in, or close to Pacific Standard Time (California USA) daytime hours.
