We’re looking for a Recruiter to consult and collaborate with the hiring teams to identify talent that will help us reach our hiring goals. You will help uncover and attract talented individuals to support the talent pipelines for Amobee. You are curious, brilliant, and collaborative, and want to make an impact, participating in solving problems that directly impact our clients. This role supports our G&A Teams in the US but can also include international support globally.

We are open to candidates who are fully remote in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruiting lifecycle; working closely with both hiring managers and candidates
Build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
Create innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging your knowledge of organizations, platforms, and networks, to attract and engage talent with relevant skills that our functional teams require
Research and generate target lists of companies and potential sources
Engage and qualify candidates for relevant openings focusing on Product and Technical roles
Conduct initial phone screen for candidates and being able to assess skills against hiring manager requirements
Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed
Manage work and talent through our Applicant Tracking System, Lever

Required Qualifications

2+ years relevant experience as a full cycle recruiter
Ability to work independently and proactively problem solve, developing creative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates
Demonstrated excellence and passion for creating a delightful candidate experience
Enthusiasm for proactively networking and establishing effective working relationships with professional networks and affinity groups; prior experience a plus
Understands the importance of candidate experience, goes above and beyond to ensure we maintain consistency
A proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments
Experience researching, sourcing, and approaching passive candidates
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion

Nice to have, but not required:

Adtech industry experience
Experience with Lever ATS
