Defining your role:
You’ll guide and manage our customer products that include our web product and SDKs. Today our main focus is Desktop web; however, we have plans to launch on mobile and beyond in the coming years and will need to take the initiatives to market. You’ll be responsible for working with design to iteratively plan and deliver clear direction to the engineering group. Moreover, you’ll work with our team to help nurture our and support our growing developer community.

We’re looking for a meticulous and empathic Product Leader to join our team to partner cross-functionally to drive bottom-up user-adoption and growth.
You will:
Partner with leadership to execute and refine product strategies.
Engage with our users to understand how we can improve our product to increase functionality and identify new product opportunities.
Own the product roadmap and communicate both the business and technical reasons behind important product decisions.
Wireframe concepts, write product specs, and create stories
Research and analyze data to understand our users’ needs, and translate them into projects and product enhancements.
Identify and inform product gaps by intimately understanding the competitive landscape and the evolving market needs.
Define and analyze product success metrics and how they will drive product development.
Promote a product culture that biases action
You have:
1+ years of experience with Figma, Sketch or other design tools in order to deliver wireframes or low-fidelity product prototypes.
1+ experience in B2B and/or B2C, product development.
4+ years of software product management or software development with product planning responsibilities.
Experience creating new products from scratch.
An analytical mindset with natural problem-solving skills.
Experience in an active role in all stages of the product development lifecycle.
A hands-on entrepreneurial spirit demonstrating creativity and resiliency.
Creative and analytical.
Awareness for well-designed products and take product design decisions seriously and favor usability.
A background in B2B SaaS and cloud-based products.
Comfortable writing code or SQL queries from time to time.
BA/BS in Computer Science or at least two years of experience as a software developer.
Bonus points:

UX/HCI education or experience.
Experience working on products that are bottom-up developer tools like GitHub or Trello.
Experience with products built for developers.
