About the role

As a Product Designer at Kikoff, you will own critical design projects end-to-end. You will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas and contributing to product strategy to designing end-to-end features and ensuring design quality through launch.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborate daily with Product and Engineering to iteratively improve user experience
Design new features from ideation, to wireframes, to high-fidelity visual designs, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
Participate in our regular design critiques to seek out feedback and iterate on your designs
Design experiences across all our platforms: iOS, Android, Web
Help define product strategy and execute on the product roadmap

What we look for in you:

3+ years experience working in UX, UI, HCI related field
Experience working in a collaborative environment with Product and Engineering partners to drive and influence product decisions
Experience designing consumer-facing products for iOS, Android and responsive web
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly proficient in Figma, Sketch, etc and prototyping tools
Low ego and a team player
