As a Senior Product Designer (Contract) on our Data Tools team, you will be responsible for designing the user experience of Reddit’s product experimentation platform. You’ll partner with our engineering team to build new workflows and features for our product managers and data scientists, helping to drive Reddit’s understanding of its business and executive-level decision making.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with UX lead to scope problems and define strategy
Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery
Help to build out a design system
Uncover user insights and develop innovative ideas that will significantly improve user experience
Present, gather feedback, and build consensus through effective communication
Contribute fresh ideas for problem solving or process improvements
Who You Might Be
Experienced working in the enterprise or B2B space, or designing data-heavy or workflow-intensive software
A problem solver who can be effective in situations with limited information, building a solution from first principles and communicating it to stakeholders
Humble and motivated to ship the best product; you’re always thinking about how to improve the experience for the end user
