Exploding Kittens is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and administrative support to our executive team members. In this role you will directly support multiple executives including the CEO and President and play a key role in driving efficiency across the organization. You will be responsible for administrative duties requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision-making, and will ensure information is communicated clearly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, well-organized and extremely detail oriented – and will bring a creative, proactive approach to this job.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

Support the Executive Team with calendar management, meeting coordination, booking travel, expense reporting, and email correspondence
Continuously evaluate departmental administrative workflows and processes, and make recommendations for improvement
Host bi-weekly team meetings and weekly leadership meetings while keeping meeting notes
Assist with maintaining company resource documents and databases
Oversee other special projects or duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE NEED

Minimum of 3 years administrative experience supporting senior level executives
Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to create one’s own organizational strategy and well as the ability to plan and organize the events and calendars of multiple executives
Advanced skills in Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs and Slides
Advanced skills in remote meeting coordination, including Zoom
Flexible and agile with the ability to be receptive to change, including the modification of planned events or meetings on short notice and change in responsibilities
High-level of customer service, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner, and the ability to identify when information should be escalated
Self-starter who thrives in a diverse, entrepreneurial, fast paced, and agile culture
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and drive process improvement efforts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
