Astronomer is the commercial developer of Apache Airflow, a community-driven open-source tool that’s leading the market in data orchestration. We’re looking for the founding engineers of a brand new team at the intersection of our commercial and community efforts. As a part of a mission to curate the biggest community of data professionals in the world, we want the Astronomer Registry to be the go-to place for data practitioners to contribute examples, collaborate on best practices, and generally show off their work. Additionally, the experience of using the Astronomer Registry needs to fit seamlessly into the broader Astronomer ecosystem. That means you’ll work hand-in-hand with our data, core services, and other product teams with regards to API architecture, performance, and so much more.
