We are looking for a Chief Technical Officer for our digital money management company to take ownership of product implementation from scratch and to help hire the internal R&D team to deliver the product.

What you will be doing:
- Developing a fintech blockchain software product in retail/consumer banking
- Hiring a team for further development according to the roadmap
- Ensuring that the technological resources are available and aligned with the company’s business needs
- Evaluating emerging technologies, open-source libraries and provide recommendations
- Contribute to a technical strategy that supports product strategy
- Supporting testing process and troubleshooting and fixing issues
- Working closely with other developers to provide scalable solutions, taking a leading role in a process
- Decomposing complex business problems to define architectural solutions for software products
- Designing and implementing RESTful API’s using Python
Your experience:
- Strong communications skills in English
- A proactive person with a hands-on mentality who is not afraid of challenges
- More than 10 years of experience in a relevant role
- Analytical skills and experience in blockchain fintech development
