We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to work with a dynamic and experienced team. For the right candidate this will be an opportunity to contribute to company-wide best practices for testing.

Job Specs

• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to define testing needs and priorities
• Create test plans, scripts and strategies for new product initiatives
• Lead manual and automated testing practices
• Establish collaborative working relationships with development and product teams
• Work with developers to develop test-coverage strategies
• Improve site reliability and user experience while optimizing and de-risking our software development life cycle

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role, using testing tools and processes in an agile environment
• Experience with multiple forms of testing, such as end-to-end, user acceptance, unit, functional, regression, integration, load, performance and system testing
• Experience automating functional and acceptance testing
• Strong interpersonal skills and natural collaborative instincts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skills that would be a plus

• Experience with Node and React
• Experience with tools such as Cypress, Mocha and Jest
