We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to engage our growing community and build our brand across social media platforms. In this role, you will create the social strategy for Career Karma, helping to craft our brand voice through evergreen content generation, seasonal promotions, influencer content partnerships, and more – all while putting our community first and building genuine, everyday connections with our audience. You’re a natural team player who’s comfortable working cross-functionally to drive business goals and understand the true impact of our social media strategy. An ideal candidate is a true social media expert who knows how to use it to engage with our existing community while also building a new audience of potential customers for our bootcamp partners. Lastly, you have the ability to work within products like CANVA to create content, scrape UGC, and partner with influencers to create content.
