A Director of People who will work with the VP of Business Affairs to develop, lead and operationalize the strategic vision of the People team, developing the most engaged, innovative and high-performing team in the industry, and establishing AvantStay as an employer of choice. This person will act as a champion for the company culture and will be responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting/retention, benefits, hiring/onboarding, performance management, compliance, training and development, and all other HR/ People strategy and operations.
