About the Role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic engineering organization of 15 engineers and lead and manage a team of 2- 5 in the development of our health insurance software product.

You’ll manage a team in the execution and delivery of a production-ready, maintainable system using Ruby on Rails and React that uses appropriate patterns and libraries to support its growth and maintenance by our company.

You’ll facilitate the team’s execution processes, making rapid technical and execution decisions, guiding progress and avoiding roadblocks, and ensuring effective software delivery as you support your engineers in building and releasing the product.

You’ll report to the Director of Engineering, who will provide guidance, mentorship, training, and coaching in leading your team to success. You’ll also have a peer group of other lead engineers and engineering managers in the organization to rely on for mutual support, bounce ideas, and collaborate.

Salary and compensation
