We’re looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, and independent team player to join Wethos as a full-time Customer Experience Associate to fill the role long-term.

You’ll be a key member of the Operations team, instrumental to the success of our Users on the platform. You’ll report into our Support Team to provide world class customer support to our user base. This role presents a unique opportunity to be on the front lines with our users and give insights back to our product roadmap.

This is a Tier 1 role with the salary range of $50K-$75K.
