ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer for the role of Team Leader. The role reports to the CTO.

Worplace location: On Premise, Hybrid or 100% Remote.

Our client is a rapidly growing start-up (Athens’ based) with an established B2B Product and a solid international client base. Right now, our client’s engineering team conducts only manual testing, in pre-UAT & UAT phases, and most of the times, in collaboration with their clients.

So, we are looking for someone to help them design, set up & establish Testing Procedures (Focus at Automation)& Best Practices and then to fill the Team with Test Engineers (3-4 team members within first half of 2022). Our client’s stack is . Net core & Salesforce, they are working with Agile methodologiesand they are using Azure DevOps for their logs.

The role’s responsibilities will include:

• Establishing formal QA processes andensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
• Allocate QA Engineers to each project team
• Lead and mentor QA team members
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
• Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution
• Partner with engineering teams to stay informed of new technologies being introduced and to ensure that system components are designed for testability

• Familiarity with entire SDLC and test cycles
• Understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and deployment
• Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes
• Experience coordinating with external (clients’) QA teams
• Experience in using a metrics-driven approach and closed-loop feedback, to improve software deliverables and improve predictability and reliability of releases
• Detailed and effective written communication skills for documenting the features tested and bugs found
• Highly organized, detail oriented, extremely responsive and able to prioritize a large number of tasks
• Experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in the software quality field including prior hands-on quality engineering experience
