What You’ll Do:

Communicate with a highly engaged team that was founded on knowledge sharing
Test current products, identify deficiencies and suggest solutions to better the products through manual and automated test suites focusing on release reliability
Collaborate with our Product team and Engineers to understand, ideate and build test plans to implement new features to ensure consistent project execution
Work across the organization with our Customer Success, Implementation Team, Data Services and other internal teams to better understand Customer reported issues
Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
Be empowered to impact change in architecture, design, tooling, process, culture and beyond
Grow your skills and help others to do the same
Participate in recruiting and interviewing as we grow our team
Make the occasional owl memes

What You’ll Bring:

Passion for teamwork and working with others to accomplish shared goals
General understanding of the web and modern web-applications
Knowledge in various testing methodologies, planning activities and best practices in software development
Experience with JavaScript and testing tools, such as WebdriverIO, CircleCI and LambaTest (TestRail and Postman are a plus)
Adept at writing and executing test plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Assessment:

If moving forward after the initial interview with the team, you will be invited to a live session where we will give you a link to a mock website, you will share your screen and you will walk us through how you identify bugs and replicate issues

Salary and compensation

$60,000 — $110,000/year
