We’re looking to hire a **part-time Graphic Designer** to support a growing agency across all areas of brand development, including email marketing, social media, and website assets. This role combines hands-on design work with creative direction. You’ll use existing materials to refine the brand’s visual identity and help enhance the company’s overall look and feel. The ideal candidate has strong design instincts, understands modern consumer branding, and can both follow creative direction and contribute thoughtful ideas.
**Part-time**, fully remote. Must be **ENGLISH-SPEAKING**.
**Hours:** 20 hours per week, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST
**Salary:** $900/month
**Key Responsibilities**
– Create marketing materials for social media, website updates, presentations, and branded resources
– Assist in refining and expanding the company’s visual identity, including brand books and creative systems
– Work from existing design assets while improving consistency and quality across the brand
– Use Canva, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce polished creative assets quickly
– Provide light support for social media
– Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent branding across all channels
– Design visually compelling email campaigns that maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
– Support in a creative-director capacity by shaping visual direction and executing evolving brand concepts
**Key Qualifications**
– 2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative marketing roles
– Strong portfolio demonstrating modern branding and digital marketing design work
– Proficiency with Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe tools
– Experience designing email marketing campaigns and digital assets
– Excellent visual taste and the ability to execute within established brand direction
– Basic copywriting instincts for marketing-focused content
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
– Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet
– Must be **ENGLISH-SPEAKING**
