The Customer Engagement Manager is a key component of the Adchemix customer experience. We are looking for bright, talented professionals who:

Understand the ins & outs of data-driven paid search and retargeting. (This isn’t just using Google Keyword planner, yo.) Have exceptional analytic strengths. (Is your grocery list in a pivot table? Then you are probably headed in the right direction.) Love customers and be dedicated to helping them grow their business. (Mostly ‘cuz that is the right way to be, and partly ‘cuz that is how we make money.) Be technical enough that you can manage our integration process. (You don’t have to do it, you just have to understand the steps well-enough to insure that it gets done.) You probably have 1-4 years professional experience. Your friends (and your Mom) think you are really smart. You need to be self-directed (Even if you don’t know exactly what you should be doing, you are always doing something.) You may have worked at an agency (we won’t hold that against you), or worked for somebody on the client side, but you know that you want to be moving faster and get smarter every day. You can be anywhere in the US or Canada, but special love for peeps in Boston, San Francisco and Toronto. Comp is whatever we negotiate together, but we are a startup, so plan accordingly. Special bonus points if you’ve worked for a retailer, have previous start up experience or play the cello (the viola is awesome too.)
