Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- This is 100% phone sales. Representatives must follow up on leads provided by the company. This is not telemarketing—it’s a career opportunity focused on building businesses.
- Be proactive and set up at least four one-on-one meetings each day with key decision-makers.
- Work with the sales team to support and carry out meetings.
- Submit daily updates on activity and results.
- Continuously improve performance through coaching and feedback from management.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of proven phone sales success in a B2B or B2C setting.
- Desired traits and skills: an unstoppable mindset, coachable attitude, highly motivated, resourceful, results-focused, passionate about helping businesses grow, persuasive and assertive, honest, strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, outgoing personality, and excellent phone skills.
- Ability to work from home or anywhere with reliable internet.
