Position:

We are looking for a Product Growth Intern to join the Musixmatch Pro team, the platform used by artists, labels, and publishers to manage lyrics, metadata, and music rights worldwide. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Data, helping drive user growth, engagement, and revenue across our platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to growth initiatives such as CRM campaigns, website optimization, product experiments, conversion funnel improvements, and AI-powered user experiences. You’ll analyze product data, collaborate closely with our Product Management team, and help identify and execute opportunities that improve activation, retention, and monetization for Musixmatch Pro.
This is an extracurricular internship (tirocinio extracurriculare) lasting 6 months, with a monthly reimbursement of €800.

Responsibilities:

Support CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve user engagement and conversions
Help optimize the website and product funnels through experimentation and A/B testing
Analyze product and business metrics to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to launch growth initiatives
Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions
Use AI tools to prototype ideas, automate workflows, and accelerate execution

Requirements:

Passion for music, tech, and data-driven product development
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Familiarity or curiosity for no-code platforms and AI-assisted productivity tools
A proactive mindset, ready to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks
Ability in data analysis and interpretation to support product decisions
Interest or knowledge in UX design and familiarity with UX tools such as Figma
