👩💻🧑💻 As an Influencer & Ambassador Program Manager at Qonto, you will develop and implement a precise marketing strategy in collaboration with teams including Media, Content, CRM, Social Media, and Events—so you can scale the Qonto Ambassador Program and strengthen our reach and credibility with entrepreneurs.
Ambassador Program Development:
– Identify Qonto clients with large social media followings and recruit them as brand ambassadors.
– Build, launch, and scale the Qonto Ambassador Program to maximize our reach and credibility with entrepreneurs.
– Engage and manage the ambassador community to drive strong participation and advocacy.
– Continuously improve processes to keep the program scalable and to deliver measurable results.
Strategic Partnerships:
– Create synergies with top clients and key partners who have strong visibility and influence.
– Co-create high-impact media activities and joint campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition through social platforms.
KPIs you will track:
– Number of active ambassadors
– Website traffic and KYB generated from social media platforms
🤔 What you can expect:
• You will join a marketing team of 5, working across different segments and topics for the French market (solo entrepreneurs, company founders, micro-enterprises, events).
• At Qonto, we use the Lean Methodology to help you develop marketing strategies independently, with a strong focus on driving new initiatives and supporting central teams with clear guidelines.
• Tools you’ll use: You’ll work with tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Suite, Modjo, Tableau…
🤝 About your future manager:
Your manager will be Delphine de Roquemaurel, Head of Marketing France at Qonto.
Her path? Delphine joined Qonto in January 2025 after serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Stello (Qonto’s insurance partner), where she grew turnover 10x and expanded the customer base from 2,000 to 20,000. Previously, she led high-performing marketing and sales teams at multiple companies, deploying effective acquisition strategies across various channels and consistently supporting business growth.
What she can bring to the team: Delphine’s leadership style is built on trust and autonomy, helping team members thrive without micromanagement. Through weekly one-on-one meetings, she will offer guidance while giving you the freedom to innovate and contribute to Qonto’s growth.
🏅 About you:
• You have at least 5 years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build genuine relationships—especially with influencers and decision-makers in B2B.
• You bring energy and clarity in communication, and you are assertive when needed—while also developing trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
• You have proven experience in client-facing roles, ideally in B2B settings, and you can gather insights and create meaningful engagement.
• You can standardize and optimize processes, building scalable frameworks that support program growth and operational excellence.
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with central stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing strategies for specific business segments.
You are fluent in both French and English, enabling effective communication across all teams and markets.
