About the Opportunity
Community Phone is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide organizational and administrative support to our CEO. This EA will serve as a key business partner, helping to sustain the company’s success. The role involves managing day-to-day interactions with team members across all levels of the organization, often handling sensitive and confidential information. The Executive Assistant will also work effectively with external partners and customers.
What to expect?
Manage all aspects of the CEO’s calendar, including internal meetings and external engagements.
Anticipate the CEO’s needs, including managing to-do lists, facilitating introductions within and outside the CEO’s network, ensuring dedicated personal time, and more.
Partner with the CEO and other team members to develop agendas and meeting content, while producing clear action items and next steps.
Attend important meetings and track follow-ups and deliverables in close coordination with the CEO.
Support planning and coordination for internal and external events and meetings, such as staff meetings, team-building events, company all-hands, offsites, and travel.
Coordinate all domestic and international travel and handle related expense reporting requirements.
Take ownership of key initiatives and help the CEO reach their highest potential.
What do you need to be successful?
At least 4 years of experience supporting at the VP/C-suite level.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
A strong bias toward action, including experience holding a VP/C-suite leader accountable.
Strong teamwork and excellent listening skills.
Exceptional prioritization and communication abilities.
Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Proven experience executing administrative tasks with high attention to detail, strong organization, and effective processes.
