We are looking for an enthusiastic programmer having interest in web technologies who is eager to learn and work in a start-up environment. This position reports to the Product Manager and is based in Greater Noida. Salary will be in line with the industry standards and will be a mix of fixed, variable components.

Key responsibilities will include:

 Willing to work on web-based application development  Ready to take quick decisions  Understand the ambiguities in the requirements and be able to come up with required solutions under strict timelines  Be a team player  Must have logical thinking and doesn’t work as per literal instructions

Requirements and Skill Set Needed:

 Pursuing B. Tech/B. E. –CS or IT  Experience in some or all of the below: PHP, JQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, SQL and relational database  Should have participated in either technological competitionsor interned in web application development area  Clarity about development architectures and frameworks  Strong analytical ability  Excellent written and verbal communications skills  High energy, self-motivated and aggressive about getting results
