We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta, Google Ads & SEO)

We’re looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist who can handle campaigns from start to finish—building strategy, optimizing performance, and confidently presenting results to clients during video meetings.

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll manage paid media and SEO campaigns for our North American clients, ensuring strong performance, accurate tracking, and useful, actionable insights.

You’ll work closely with content, design, and account management teams, taking ownership of strategy, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
  • Set up and manage pixels, tags, and conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Events Manager.
  • Perform keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO, and coordinate with content teams to optimize results.
  • Analyze and report key performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA, and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Manage LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels when needed for B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain consistent campaign messaging and high-quality creatives.
  • Present campaign insights in client meetings with clear, confident communication.
  • Stay current with platform updates, tracking technologies, and digital marketing trends.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and GA4 analytics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pixels, tags, conversion events, and attribution models.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Confident, professional demeanor and ability to handle client-facing video calls.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into strategy.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preference for candidates from well-regarded universities or top institutions).

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or ClickFunnels.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Experience using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) to build reporting dashboards.

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (North American time zone alignment preferred)

Location

Remote (India-based candidates supporting North American clients)
