This internship isn’t about “making slides and disappearing.” As a Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to support day-to-day execution, build systems, and improve how marketing runs at scale. It’s a practical role that offers real exposure to marketing operations, tools, and processes, along with real ownership from day one. Your contributions will include: supporting daily BAU and ad-hoc tasks in HubSpot CRM; helping with marketing campaigns, launches, and community initiatives; creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to measure marketing funnel performance; building and managing operational systems, trackers, and workflows; conducting research, follow-ups, and execution support across initiatives; and turning ideas into action—not just documentation.
What you’ll bring: strong curiosity and a willingness to learn; the ability to take ownership without constant oversight; strong organisation, attention to detail, and comfort with changing priorities; interest in marketing, operations, systems, or startups; and comfort handling both creative and analytical tasks. Helpful but not required: prior experience with HubSpot or other CRMs; a background in tech or familiarity with SaaS tools; and enjoyment in transforming messy processes into clear systems.
