We’re hiring an Account Manager in India to manage a $5M+ book of business consisting of EMEA customers. In this role, you will:
– Collaborate with Renewal Specialists and CSM teams to drive Net ARR growth, upsells, and ensure timely renewals.
– Promote adoption of JumpCloud’s solutions across existing accounts and identify additional growth opportunities.
– Demonstrate a proven ability to deliver renewals and expansion results in a fast-growing environment.
– Own revenue and quota targets.
– Support EMEA working hours.
– Work fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Growth
– Manage a $5M+ book of business for EMEA-based customers, focusing on renewals, expansions, and upsells.
– Use data-driven insights to find growth opportunities within your portfolio.
– Consistently meet or exceed Net ARR and related revenue targets.

KPI Ownership & Strategic Planning
– Own key KPIs, including delivering Net ARR, renewals, expansion revenue, and adoption metrics—maintaining existing ARR while identifying, mitigating, and resolving at-risk accounts.
– Develop focused account plans to increase product usage and uncover upsell and expansion opportunities.
– Forecast accurately and provide consistent reporting on key metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Partner with CSM teams to support customer success and deepen adoption of JumpCloud solutions.
– Work with Marketing to build campaigns that increase awareness and encourage product usage.
– Coordinate with New Business teams to streamline onboarding for new customers and ensure a smooth transition into your portfolio.

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
– Provide regular updates to the Head of International Account Managers on performance, pipeline health, and growth initiatives.
– Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external customers to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, ideally with exposure to EMEA markets.
– Proven experience driving renewals and expansions in a high-growth environment.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
– A data-driven approach, with experience using CRM tools, pipeline analytics, and forecasting.
– Ability to work 12:00 pm–9:00 pm IST to align with EMEA business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
– A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, not required); an MBA is a plus.
– Experience with advanced sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
– Experience in hyper-growth SaaS environments managing complex portfolios.

Where You’ll Work / Location:
JumpCloud is Remote First, so you must be able to work remotely within the country listed in the job description.
This role is remote from India. You must live in India and be authorized to work in India to be considered.

Language:
JumpCloud has teams in 15+ countries and conducts internal business in English. Interviews and other screening will primarily be in English. To be considered, you must be able to speak and write English fluently. Any additional language requirements will be listed in the job description.
