As an Insurance Claims Associate, you will play a key role in helping maximize Lendbuzz’s financial recoveries. You will ensure clients receive the support they need to manage auto insurance claims effectively, and that insurance companies pay us and our customers accurately and on time. This position requires close collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Help clients start auto insurance claims, guiding them through the initial reporting process
– Follow up with insurance companies to check claim status and resolve any delays or processing issues
– Collect and review all required claim documentation, including accident reports, policy details, and other relevant information
– Confirm claims are accurate and complete and meet company and industry standards
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, insurance providers, and third parties involved in the claims process, maintaining clear and timely communication
– Work with insurance providers to process claims efficiently and correctly, addressing any outstanding concerns or discrepancies
– Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth claims experience
– Keep thorough, organized records of claims, communications, and related documents
– Assist with resolving claim issues, such as coverage disputes, repair estimates, and settlement matters
– Identify ways to improve the claims process and share recommendations for process enhancements

Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
– 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
– Prior experience with auto insurance claims or a related area preferred
– Proficiency in English required; ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
– Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering a positive experience
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution
– Commitment to ethical and professional standards in the insurance industry

$21–$26 per hour.
