About the Team:
We act as the liaison between creditors and consumers. The team monitors accounts to identify overdue payments, reports collection activities, responds to client queries, and creates repayment plans.

About the Role:
Lead collection targets and manage the collection process for a defined area. Oversee a large team of collection officers, including their productivity and performance.

Expectations / Requirements:
1. Achieve collection targets for the assigned area by managing case flow and prioritizing non-starters.
2. Ensure documented feedback is provided.
3. Maintain sufficient field coverage (by bucket and segment).
4. Manage productivity by setting and improving productivity parameters for collection officer agencies and the internal team.
5. Monitor performance against set parameters and conduct weekly reviews with collection executives.
6. Ensure background checks for all hired collection agencies; identify and manage training needs for collection executives; evaluate performance of all collection executives (CE).
7. Support collection officers with legal/police-related matters and collection activities.
