Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. This role calls for strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. You will help deliver high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions that support the client’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and technologies
• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces following best practices in design and UX
• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and integration points
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to refine system requirements
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
• Apply security and data protection best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold development standards
• Document code, processes, and technical specifications

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer or software engineer
• Strong front-end skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React or Vue
• Back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and version control using Git
• Knowledge of cloud services, DevOps practices, or containerization is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple development tasks and deliver within deadlines
