Responsibilities: • Develop system reporting and infrastructure health monitoring • Develop test automation frameworks and improve test-coverage in collaboration with other team members • Develop and maintain configuration management solutions • Improve CI pipelines to enable continuous delivery of API during peak traffic • Improve security of existing infrastructure • Fine-tune the scaling and improve performance of existing infrastructure. • Improve our scalability in every way • Handle traditional ops tasks such as backups, maintenance, on-call duties

Requirements: • Experience in supporting highly available consumer-facing services • Expert with Amazon Web Services • Background in these technologies: PHP, MySql, Redis • Expert in these tools (or similar): NewRelic, PagerDuty, GitHub • Configuration Management experience with Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Docker • Familiarity with identity, authentication and authorization frameworks, security best practices • Expert with command line tools • Network/memory/CPU/disk performance analysis • Troubleshooting all layers of OSI • Strong communication and organizational skills • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to work in a team

Salary and compensation
