Hive Lighting, the manufacturer of high output, energy efficient Plasma lights for Film, TV, Theaters and Sports seeks a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through multiple lighting markets by developing, organizing and implementing Hive’s overall sales and marketing strategy. Activities include client development, partnerships, closing sales, lead generation, qualification, prospecting, sales calls, running trade shows and tracking all customer interactions. Candidates should have a good understanding of what it takes to get from cold leads to demos to closed sales. 3+ years experience in business development. Lighting industry experience not required, but interest and experience in Film, TV, Photography, Sports and other relevant markets is recommended. Competitive commission structure.
