Our client is looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to join our Residential Sales Team. You’ll help homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors select the right natural stone products while building lasting customer relationships and growing sales. We’re looking for someone with a hunter mentality who enjoys meeting people, closing sales, and exceeding goals.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
Assist showroom customers with product selection and project needs.
Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales.
Enter orders accurately and coordinate with operations.
Maintain customer records in the CRM.
Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.
Reactivate past customers and develop repeat business.
Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through project completion.

Meet monthly sales goals
Respond to customer inquiries within 4 business hours
Deliver quotes within 24 hours
Maintain 98%+ order accuracy
Keep CRM records updated within 24 hours
Generate new customers and grow existing accounts
Required
1+ year of sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Live within 45 miles of Stafford, TX
Preferred
Experience in natural stone, flooring, countertops, tile, or building materials
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Showroom or retail sales experience
Experience with barcode – inventory process
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 with exceptional commission structure; Earning potential of $95,000+
