As our Social Media Manager, you will own @SheServes social activations, learn and apply new ways to connect social media with the company’s mission, and manage our Founders’ social media accounts.
This means you must be comfortable managing full social media editorial calendars, creating and scheduling content, analyzing data, and being eager to test new platforms and content formats.
You’ll be expected to work collaboratively in a team environment and pursue learning and growth every day. You will be trusted to make confident decisions with kindness and to take ownership of the results.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage She Serves and Founder social media editorial calendars
- Create high-engagement social content that reflects our brand voice
- Maintain a consistent flow of engaging content across our social channels
- Schedule content on platforms using tools such as AgoraPulse
- Engage with the She Serves online community and address their questions and concerns
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to develop visual assets for social media
- Work with the marketing team to optimize promotions for each social channel
- Stay current with evolving social media trends and new platform features
- Track campaign and content performance, monitor the health of social channels, and provide regular reporting
- Research competitors, industry leaders, and emerging trends to stay up to date on the latest strategies

To be considered, you must:
- Have social media community management experience at a social media agency, or be part of a social media team at a medium-to-large company
- Be located in North America within a compatible time zone
- Have a strong understanding of social media storytelling and scalable content
- Have exceptional copywriting and editing skills
- Be proficient in building and executing social media content strategies
- Be a Mac user
