We’re looking for expert-level social media ad designers/video editors to join our team full-time and go on this journey with us.

🚀 You’re A Pro At:
✅ Understanding design principles and current content trends for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
✅ Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the TikTok editor.
✅ Editing TikTok/Facebook/Instagram video content and optimizing it to drive purchases.
✅ Designing attention-grabbing graphic ads—static, carousels, GIFs, and more—for Facebook and Instagram.
✅ Ongoing learning and sharing your knowledge of social media content and ad creative best practices.
✅ Designing ads for a wide range of business types and audiences.
✅ Creating ads that capture attention and convert viewers into buyers.
🚀 Responsibilities:
  • Applying design principles and staying current with content trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
  • Auditing, planning, and designing graphic and video ads for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram for businesses across all industries.
  • Collaborating with the creative lead, content creators, and the paid ads team on all ad-related needs.
  • Partnering with the paid ads team to analyze creative performance and understand why certain ads succeed or fail.
  • Taking initiative to research, test, and adopt new tools, tactics, or strategies to improve your and the team’s ad design capabilities.
  • Helping improve internal processes for producing world-class, high-converting ads.
  • Managing projects with strong organization and communication.
  • Continuously upskilling yourself through paid courses we provide, covering topics like ad design, consumer psychology, and staying up to date with TikTok and other platform trends.
🚀 Qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in social media ad design and/or video editing, especially TikTok/Facebook/Instagram ads.
  • You truly love TikTok and Instagram Reels and should be researching the TikTok and Facebook ad libraries daily to stay ahead of trends.
  • Ability to conduct content, audience, and competitor research—and then apply what you learn directly to your projects.
  • Basic understanding of persuasion-focused design.
  • Agency experience is a strong plus.

  • You’re highly confident in your design and video editing skills, and in your knowledge of TikTok content trends.
  • The best marketers learn from the best sources. You should be able to tell us which newsletters, websites, blogs, YouTube channels, etc. you follow to improve your knowledge of ad design and other marketing topics.
