Business Development Manager would serve as the first point of contact for the new and prospective clients of the Company. The duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Lead Generation: Finding out new clients for the Company is the primary role for this position. You will be responsible to find new clients using various online and offline tools.
  2. Closing Sales Cycle: You will be responsible to complete the sales cycle. It will include reaching out to the client, giving demo, follow-ups and getting them on board. Sales cycle is considered closed only when client makes their first campaign on the platform.
  3. Client Servicing: As a Business Development Manager you will own all the accounts you will bring. You will be responsible to make sure they are happy with the platform and Company services. Time to time follow-up about their requirements and how Company can best serve them would be a part of your job.
  4. Getting References: Another important part of Business Development Manager is to get more clients from current clients. You will be allowed to make promotion offers for clients in your portfolio in order to get references and grow the client base.
  5. Marketing: As a Business Development Manager you will be a key member of the marketing and strategy team of the company. You will be required to attend and contribute in all the marketing efforts for the Company. You will be expected to do marketing of the Company using social media and other online/offline mediums.
  6. Travel / Tradeshow: As a Business Development Manager you will be required to travel (Occasionally) and also promote Company on certain events. Company takes active part in various industry related events and you would be required to represent company in those event / tradeshows. Don’t worry next 2 trade-shows are in Las Vegas, US.

Salary and compensation

$15,000 — $35,000/year
